NEW PREDICTION: 10/19/04 -- Thousands will be killed in the 6.9 or higher temblor. Hundreds of thousands may be homeless. The cities of Skopje and Belgrade will be half-destroyed. Buildings collapse like packs of cards while civilians run through the cities to flee the carnage. Watch out for July/August 2005.
UPDATE (4/19/06): The reason I am listing links to news reports concerning the flooding in Serbia and elsewhere in the Balkans concerns an interesting phenomena I have observed in the past. Many times I have seen regions or countries I have predicted would experience a major earthquake suffer first from major flooding several months beforehand. For example, I predicted that India would be struck by a major earthquake in August/September 2000. Instead, India experenced one of its worst floods in history in August and September 2000. But then, four months later in January 2001, India was devastated by a 7.9 quake that killed some 100,000 people. So, keep an idea on the Balkans for a possible major temblor in August 2006.

NEW PREDICTION: 2/11/05 -- It's 1977 again. Or is it 1991? 1970? 1963? This person will be a great rock or pop artist. Universally famous. MAJOR ICON. Like Elvis Presley, Freddie Mercury, Frank Sinatra, Jimi Hendrix. Likely a male. But a Janis Joplin influence could make this person a female. If old, death could be by natural causes. Otherwise, if young (likely), probably something controversial: drugs, suicide, homicide, AIDS, etc. This will be a major event that will dominant the news for weeks and months. Strong August 2005 vector.
NOTE: If President George W. Bush is assassinated this year due to the Tecumseh Curse, there is a high probability this scenario will not happen. The assassination would instead be the major story. Still ...
Madonna breaks bones in riding accident -- Singer suffers cracked ribs, broken collarbone, broken hand
NEW YORK (AP) -- Madonna's 47th birthday celebration was marred when she suffered several broken bones in a horse riding accident at her country home outside London, her publicist told The Associated Press on Tuesday. The superstar was hospitalized with three cracked ribs, a broken collarbone and a broken hand, according to Liz Rosenberg, her spokeswoman based in New York. The accident occurred Tuesday at Ashcombe house, her estate outside of London. Madonna and an assistant were riding horses, when Madonna, on a new horse she wasn't accustomed to riding, took a tumble. Her children, Rocco and Lourdes, were at the home but were not with their mother at the time, Rosenberg said. "The whole family was out in the country, celebrating her birthday," Rosenberg said. Her husband, director Guy Ritchie, took Madonna to an undisclosed hospital, where she was treated. Rosenberg said the entertainer was expected to be released later in the evening. COMMENTS (5/19/06): I can't believe I forgot to post this as a CLOSE CALL ... and it happened on the anniversary of the day Elvis Presley died! That is because of the chameleon nature of Madonna. She's an actress and world famous female icon, which forced me to consider her only along the lines of Diana, Marilyn Monroe, Sharon Tate, Thelma Todd, Jayne Mansfield, etc. But she is also one of the most famous rock stars of all time ... which is what this prediction was all about. Only Madonna could end up almost fulfilling two seperate predictions. And the vector, August 2005, was spot on!

NEW PREDICTION: 2/15/04 -- Alien ambassadors may actually make personal contact with the people of earth for all to see on television in August 2005 or August 2012.
Unfortunately, the base 7 vectors for the second event, CE3K, are flexible and recurring enough that it may not happen until as late as August 2236.
The question that needs answering is whether we are approaching the Biblical period known as Tribulation NOW or if we will not for another 200 plus years in 2236. According to Nostradamus, Armageddon and the Second Coming will not happen until around AD 2242-43. However, it is possible that God may choose to shorten the days until Tribulation and allow these events to occur in our time.
It is an interesting fact that the period we are now living in was ushered in during the time Pluto's orbit moved inside of Neptune's (1989-1998). This happens every 247.7 years so the identical situation will begin again in 2236 or 2237. The people of that time will be a lot like we are now, possibly a bit more advanced, but not much since there will be a short dark age to rebuild from after the coming global wars of this century. Of course all the nukes in the world cannot destroy ALL of Man's knowledge and technology, but it will be the ruling elite who will get most of the surviving leftovers until mass production makes it possible for everyone to possess modern technologies again (generally creature comfort technologies).
What is coming NOW and SOON will either be an early Tribulation and Second Coming OR a stage rehearsal for what will happen in the late 2230s. So we must watch carefully what happens.
Getting back to CE3K, I believe this will be Satan and his fallen angels being cast down to earth in the roles of benevelant "ETs." If this happens in 2005 or 2012, all the powers of the devils will be working against us and the kingdom of the beast will be upon the earth. Of course it is possible that they may make contact with government officials secretly enough to continue to cast doubt about their existence to the world and work behind the scenes for the next 200 plus years THEN stage their dramatic appearance.
But at some point, either soon in 2005 or 2012 or later in 2236, they must be made earthbound, not being able to travel beyond the moon's orbit, following the great battle in the sky described in Revelation between the archangel Michael and his angels and Lucifer and his fallen angels. Until then they are capable of interstellar travel.
So, my view is that the so-called "aliens" are actually angelic and demonic forces.
COULD THE COMING ALIEN CONTACT THIS YEAR OR 2012 TAKE THE FORM OF AN INVASION OR ATTACK??

NEW PREDICTION: 1/25/05 -- The cause of this destruction will largely be by both flooding and ferocious winds. It should happen either in August/September 2005 or August/September 2006.
The question is will this be a natural hurricane or will it be an asteroid-spawned disaster (or even a collapsing volcano)?? On April 28, 2001, I dreamt of a small asteroid impacting 50 to 90 miles off the coast of Florida and then witnessed the massive flooding of a major city in Florida from what seemed a helicopter view looking straight down. Indeed, the flooding of New York City sequence in the 2004 blockbuster film, The Day After Tomorrow, as seen straight down from a high altitude, so much resembles my dream of the Florida city it is frightening. Just before awakening, I was shown a map where all of this was happening. I could distinctly see the Florida peninsula and understood that what happened to the city would happen to most of the state.
Here is a Dream Window where you can read my dream vision (if that is what it really was) and those of four other individuals (two new dreams by David Orlovic and Andrew posted May 28, 2005).
Hundreds feared dead on storm-ravaged U.S. coastAug 30, 4:30 PM (ET) By Matt Daily
The economic cost of the hurricane's rampage could be the highest in U.S. history, according to damage estimates. "The devastation is greater than our worst fears," Louisiana Gov. Kathleen Blanco told a news conference. "It's totally overwhelming." An overnight breach in New Orleans' protective levee system allowed water from Lake Pontchartrain to flood most of the city. In the Mississippi coastal city of Biloxi, hundreds may have been killed after being trapped in their homes when a 30-foot (9 meter) storm surge came ashore, a city spokesman said. Cadaver dogs were being brought in to help find the dead. "It's going to be in the hundreds," spokesman Vincent Creel told Reuters. New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin reported bodies floating in the city's floodwaters.
Most of the deaths appear to have been caused by the storm surge, which swept as far as a mile inland in parts of Mississippi. Hundreds of people climbed onto rooftops to escape the rising water that lapped at the eaves. They used axes, and in at least one case a shotgun, to blast holes in roofs so they could escape through the attics. PLUCKED TO SAFETY
In New Orleans, "We probably have 80 percent of our city under water; with some sections of our city the water is as deep as 20 feet," Nagin told television station WWL. "Both airports are under water." New Orleans is a bowl-like city mostly below sea level and protected by levees or embankments. The levees gave way overnight in places, including a 200-foot (60 meter) breach that allowed the lake waters to pour into the city center. The U.S. military planned to use helicopters to drop giant sandbags filled with gravel into the breach in an attempt to fill it. Pumps failed and floodwaters threatened downtown and the historic French Quarter. "This is a horror story. I'd rather be reading it somewhere else than living it," said Aaron Broussard, president of New Orleans' Jefferson Parish.
In Mississippi, water swamped the emergency operations center at Hancock County courthouse. The back of the building collapsed and "Thirty-five people swam out of their emergency operations center with life jackets on," Mississippi's Sun Herald newspaper said. The local hospital appealed for more doctors and nurses to treat the wounded. Hancock County emergency workers went from house to house and put black paint on those where people died, CNN said. They planned to return later to pick up the bodies but did not have enough refrigerated trucks. In Biloxi, the storm surge destroyed some of the casinos that lined the shore and ripped houses off their foundations. Dazed residents foraged for food and water and looting was widespread, the city spokesman said. "It was like our tsunami," Creel said . . . New Orleans shelters to be evacuated -- Floodwaters rising, devastation widespread in Katrina's wake Wednesday, August 31, 2005 Posted: 0501 GMT (1301 HKT) NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana (CNN) -- New Orleans resembled a war zone more than a modern American metropolis Tuesday, as Gulf Coast communities struggled to deal with the devastating aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Deteriorating conditions in New Orleans will force authorities to evacuate the thousands of people at city shelters, including the Louisiana Superdome, where a policeman told CNN unrest was escalating. The officer expressed concern that the situation could worsen overnight after three shootings, looting and a number of attempted carjackings during the afternoon. Officials could not yet provide accurate estimates for fatalities or time needed for recovery in the area and are focusing, instead, on widespread search-and-rescue operations. The death toll from the storm so far is estimated at 70 -- mostly in Mississippi. Officials stressed that the number is uncertain and likely to be much higher. "A lot of people lost their lives, and we still don't have any idea [how many], because the focus continues to be on rescuing those who have survived," Louisiana Gov. Kathleen Blanco told reporters Tuesday. Elsewhere along the Gulf Coast, authorities used boats and helicopters to reach stranded residents and search for survivors. The storm ripped ashore in Louisiana on Monday morning with winds topping 140 mph before scourging Mississippi and Alabama. The U.S. Coast Guard said its crews assisted in the rescue Monday of about 1,200 people stranded by high water in the New Orleans area, and thousands more were rescued Tuesday morning. Waters rising in New Orleans New Orleans was left with no power, no drinking water, dwindling food supplies, widespread looting, smoke rising on the horizon and the sounds of gunfire. At least one large building was ablaze Tuesday. Mayor Ray Nagin told CNN that at least 30 buildings had collapsed, but that no attempt had been made to determine a death toll. "There are dead bodies floating in some of the water," Nagin said. "The rescuers would basically push them aside as they were trying to save individuals." Nagin said that as of late Tuesday "a significant amount of water" is flowing into the bowl-shaped city and sections of the city now dry could be under 9 or 10 feet of water within hours. "The bowl is filling up," he said . . . New Orleans evacuations under way -- Health emergency declared; thousands may be deadThursday, September 1, 2005 Posted: 0536 GMT (1336 HKT) NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana (CNN) -- The first of New Orleans' evacuees began arriving in Texas early Thursday as the Gulf Coast began to grasp the magnitude of what President Bush called "one of the worst natural disasters in our nation's history." Hurricane Katrina and its aftermath damaged beyond repair tens of thousands of homes and businesses in the region and left more than 78,000 people in emergency shelters, the president said. Bush announced a massive federal mobilization to help victims, warning that "the challenges that we face on the ground are unprecedented." "This recovery will take years," Bush said in an address from the White House Rose Garden, hours after viewing parts of the Gulf Coast from aboard Air Force One. The Bush administration earlier in the day declared a public health emergency for the entire Gulf Coast in an effort to stop the spread of disease in the storm's wake. "We are gravely concerned about the potential for cholera, typhoid and dehydrating diseases," Health and Human Services Secretary Mike Leavitt said. Meanwhile, New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin reportedly said Wednesday that the storm probably killed thousands of people in his battered and flood-stricken city. "We know there is a significant number of dead bodies in the water," and others dead in attics, The Associated Press quoted Nagin as saying. When asked how many, he reportedly said: "Minimum, hundreds. Most likely, thousands." Nagin and other Louisiana officials had refused to give a casualty count in the past, saying emergency workers were focusing on the rescue effort. Rescue workers continued to push bodies aside Wednesday as they used boats and helicopters to search for survivors. Their efforts have been hampered by lawlessness and damaged infrastructure. Electricity was out for more than 2.3 million people in Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama and Florida. Meanwhile, Katrina's effect on oil supplies and gas prices spread nationwide, prompting the White House to tap the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve. News of disruptions in the gas supply sparked runs on stations and a sharp spike in prices, with some drivers in Atlanta, Georgia, facing prices above $5 per gallon. Pentagon officials said Wednesday the governors of Louisiana and Mississippi have ordered the mobilization of an additional 10,000 National Guard troops to provide security and help with hurricane relief. Federal officials asked for patience as residents of the affected areas expressing frustration with the government's response. "I need the American people to recognize how catastrophic this is, to be patient and to work with us," said Michael Brown, the Federal Emergency Management Agency chief who is leading the federal response on the ground. Swapping domes The first evacuation buses departed Wednesday evening near the Louisiana Superdome, where up to 30,000 people sought shelter. Weary storm survivors stood in mobs waiting to board buses under the direction of National Guard troops. The Superdome had little power, no air conditioning, the toilets were backed up and both food and water were in short supply. The first buses arrived early Thursday in Houston, Texas, where the displaced residents will be housed at the Astrodome stadium. Residents were warned to expect a prolonged displacement. "I surmise there are people in New Orleans who won't be able to get back to their homes for months, if ever," Brown said. Some desperate people tried to walk away from the stadium on their own. Widespread looting of businesses continued, punctuated by the sounds of gunfire ... MORE NEWS: |
COMMENTS (8/31/05): Well, enough of you seem to feel that this prediction was a PREDICTION FULFILLED despite the fact that Katrina hit west of Florida yet did exactly what I said would happen ... but instead of Florida it happened in New Orleans, Louisiana; Biloxi, Mississippi; Mobile, Alabama, and other places. No doubt that the timing, magnitude, and general location of this disaster happened exactly as I said it would. I also accurately described the cause as a super hurricane or asteroid impact. And we have all seen the helicopter views of these cities and towns that have been partially or completely submerged by water.
I should mention that in my dream I not only saw the Florida peninsula, but also the entire Gulf of Mexico. However, because Florida is such an imposing land mass because it juts out, I assumed that Florida was the target of the dream vision.
Still, I must make an additional warning. Let us not forget that this hurricane season has another two months to go, and that up to 12 to 20 more hurricanes may form in that time. This is an unusually long hurricane season, having begun much earlier than normal. Therefore, the odds increase of additional monster hurricanes forming like Katrina .... or worse.
Thus, a category 5 hitting Florida still remains a possibility. That is why I am a bit unsure as to whether I should take credit for predicting Katrina or not. If I do, and then the real deal forms a few weeks from now, striking Florida exactly where I said, I'll feel that maybe I had jumped the gun.
Even so, if another hurricane that is much worse than Katrina should strike Florida, Katrina added to it would be considered "Prediction Overkill," I suppose.
Beware, everyone, for the remaining season ahead ... and the years of greater dread to follow.
Texans flee colossal Rita -- Category 5 storm is third most intense everThursday, September 22, 2005 Posted: 0307 GMT (1107 HKT)
Officials said the barometric pressure near the eye of the storm was 897 millibars, a lower reading than Hurricane Katrina, which slammed into the Gulf Coast August 29. Only Hurricane Gilbert in 1988 (888 mb), which struck Jamaica and the Yucatan Peninsula, and the Labor Day hurricane of 1935 (892 mb), which hit the Florida Keys, had lower pressures. Max Mayfield, director of the hurricane center, said Rita could be even more damaging than Katrina. "This is a very, very dangerous hurricane," he said. A hurricane watch was issued from Port Mansfield, Texas -- about 80 miles from Mexico -- to Cameron, Louisiana. As of 11 p.m. ET, Rita packed maximum sustained winds of 175 mph (280 kph), according to the National Hurricane Center in Miami. The storm's center was about 570 miles (915 kilometers) east-southeast of Galveston, Texas, and the storm was moving west at 9 mph (15 kph), according to a center advisory. The warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico were fueling the storm, which is about 370 miles wide . . . Mysterious 'Ball Of Fire' Seen In Fla. SkiesLocal6.com 1:26 pm EDT September 21, 2005
Callers flooded the newsroom of Local 6 News partner Florida Today after they saw the object over the Space Coast Tuesday night. "Starting at about 7:30 last night, we started receiving calls here in the newsroom," Florida Today online news editor Dave Larimer said. "In fact, the Coast Guard station in Port Canaveral got more than two dozen reports of people seeing a bright light in the sky over the ocean." From Fort Pierce to about five miles south of Jacksonville, reports came in to Coast Guard offices starting about 7:30 p.m., said Dan Yates, a Coast Guard petty officer in Port Canaveral. Yates said one caller who was walking his dog near the Sebastian Inlet described the object as "huge, like a giant fireball." "One person thought this fire ball went into the ocean," Larimer said. "The Coast Guard said it probably didn't and it was just his perspective. We know it was not a rocket launch and we know the Air Force was not doing anything." Experts said it could be a piece of space junk or a large meteor burning up in the atmosphere ... Rita batters Louisiana, Texas coastsSaturday, September 24, 2005 Posted: 0423 GMT (1223 HKT) BEAUMONT, Texas (CNN) -- Hurricane Rita, its powerful core nearing the Louisiana and Texas coast, began blasting the region with strong winds and rain that will last several days, the director of the National Hurricane Center said Friday night. "For all practical purposes, [Rita] is already hitting," said Max Mayfield. Mayfield said forecasters were most concerned about the possibility of storm surges of 18 to 20 feet into Louisiana, portions of which will be on the northeastern side of the eye wall of the Category 3 storm.
In downtown Galveston, Texas, video showed heavy smoke and a blizzard of blowing embers as firefighters tried to control large fires in at least two buildings. One of the buildings was destroyed. It was unclear whether anyone was inside them. Firefighters were hindered by gusty winds of up to 70 mph, which fanned the flames. CNN's Sean Callebs said the winds apparently blew off the roof of a downtown multi-story hotel. Ninety percent of the city, where it was raining Friday night, was evacuated in anticipation of Rita, officials said earlier. Steve Rinard, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Lake Charles, Louisiana, told The Associated Press that tornado warnings were "popping up like firecrackers." Forecasters say Rita will make landfall early Saturday near Port Arthur, Texas. The city of about 58,000 people is home to a port and several oil refineries and chemical plants, according to the chamber of commerce's Web site. Port Arthur Mayor Oscar Ortiz said most of the residents had fled, but "I'm afraid we're going to get it real bad." Ortiz said he was concerned about Rita moving across Sabine Pass -- where Sabine Lake, a salt water estuary on the Texas-Louisiana border, flows into the Gulf of Mexico -- and pushing a large surge of water toward the city. "If that's true, it will be underwater," he said. The 11 p.m. ET advisory from the National Hurricane Center placed Rita's center in the Gulf of Mexico about 55 miles (90 kilometers) southeast of Sabine Pass. It was moving northwest at about 12 mph (19 kph). The storm's maximum sustained winds were 120 mph (193 kph), the hurricane center said. A hurricane warning was in effect from Sargent, Texas, to Morgan City, Louisiana, meaning hurricane conditions such as sustained winds of at least 74 mph (118 kph) are possible within 24 hours. Flooding in New Orleans New Orleans, Louisiana, also was feeling the storm's effects, with water pouring over a key levee into the 9th Ward neighborhood, still almost empty after Hurricane Katrina's flooding. "It's spreading rapidly down to the south-southeast, so they're going to have complete flooding in that area again," said Maj. Gen. Bill Caldwell, commander of the Army's 82nd Airborne Division, following a tour of the area Friday. Caldwell, whose troops are aiding the relief effort, said floodwater had spread across 30 to 40 city blocks by noon. Video showed water spilling through the break in the levee, quickly flooding both the 9th Ward and Lower 9th Ward, which are divided by the canal. The levee system that protects the city was breached when Katrina came through August 29. More than 1,000 deaths along the Gulf Coast have been blamed on Katrina, most of them in Louisiana. Texas Gov. Rick Perry told reporters more than 2 million people in his state had evacuated, and he assured citizens that "we're going to get through this." ... New Orleans' 9th Ward floods -- Nagin: 'This nightmare just continues for us'
NEW ORLEANS (CNN) -- As water continued to pour over patched levees in New Orleans, Mayor Ray Nagin late Friday told CNN, "This nightmare just continues for us." He said the city's Lower 9th Ward is inundated by 3 to 4 feet of water. Conditions around the city are expected to worsen throughout the night as Hurricane Rita approaches the Gulf coast, with an expected landfall near the Louisiana-Texas state border around daybreak Saturday. "Our concern is a storm surge," Nagin said. "We really can't take anything more than about a 6 or 7 foot storm surge." However, by 9 p.m. Friday, Lake Pontchartrain was experiencing a surge of nearly 6 feet, according to CNN Weather. Earlier in the day, an 8-foot storm surge sent water pouring over two patched levees. The water then entered the Upper 9th Ward, Lower 9th Ward and Gentilly neighborhoods, as well as the Maersk Sealand container terminal. And Nagin urged the media to leave such flooded areas immediately because of safety concerns. "We did not expect this early that we'd get this level of the surge," Brig. Gen. Robert Crear said. The flooding forced a skeleton crew of National Guard soldiers stationed in the Lower 9th Ward to evacuate.
The 9th Ward is the low-lying and now empty neighborhood that was devastated last month when Hurricane Katrina damaged the levees, causing water from Lake Pontchartrain to flood the city. Many people there were forced to their rooftops because of the high water. One resident of the Ninth Ward, watching the flooding on TV at a shelter, told The Associated Press: "It's like looking at a murder. ... The first time is bad. After that, you numb up." Authorities are also closely watching the levee system around St. Bernard Parish, just east of New Orleans, said another official with the Army Corps. "We haven't had any problems yet," said Col. Duane Gapinski. But he noted that the area, where one levee was severely degraded by Katrina, is now relying on back levees for protection. Flooding had been expected, but not until Hurricane Rita had made landfall. By Friday evening, its outer bands were already lashing the region ... Catastrophic Atmospheric Blast in Southern Hemisphere Continues Global Weather Chaos as North American Plate Instability Increases and US President Orders Massive Troop Withdrawal from New Madrid Fault Zone RegionBy: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Russian Subscribers September 27, 2005 Russian Scientists are reporting today that an atmospheric blast in Southern Hemisphere yesterday was most likely caused by an incoming meteor that exploded in the higher regions of the earths atmosphere. So powerful was this blast that Centre Sismologique Euro-Mediterraneen seismographs were able to measure this extraordinary event as being of a 7.8 Magnitude. (This was the mysterious fireball seen in Florida skies that disappeared over the Gulf of Mexico reported above - MM) Of the greatest concerns to Russian Scientists, these reports state, is that this is the second time an event like this has occurred in the past year, with the first event occurring in September, 2004, yet the Western people were not allowed to know of this until this past August, and as we can read as reported by Australias Courier-Mail News Service in their August 25th article titled "Scientists probe asteroid crash" and which says: "An asteroid the size of a house that exploded with the power of an atom bomb over Antarctica last year may help scientists prepare for the entrance of larger bodies into the Earth's atmosphere. The 1000-tonne asteroid crashed to Earth in millions of pieces last September, 900km from the nearest humans at Japan's Syowa station. A trail of dust recorded by a physicist 1500km away at Australia's Davis station shows that if the asteroid had not fragmented into tiny pieces when it hit the Earth's atmosphere, it would have had an impact similar to the bombing of Hiroshima." ... To the causes of these blasts hitting our earths atmosphere, and the Global Weather Chaos they have unleashed upon us all, and again, only now are Western Scientists beginning to report to their people, and as we can read from these reports: ... As reported by the Space.Com News Service in their article titled "Huge Quake Cracks Star" and which says, "Astronomers have found the first evidence of cracks in a neutron star's crust. The star cracked when it was rocked by the strongest "starquake" ever recorded, researchers said last week. Last December, astronomers worldwide monitored the explosion that caused this starquake. The eruption was huge in the first 200 milliseconds of the event the star released energy equivalent to what our Sun produces in 250,000 years. It was the brightest explosion ever detected outside of the Milky Way." These reports further speculate that our earth's orbit is in the beginning phases of entering into a heretofore unknown debris field within our Solar System, and raising the danger level of our being hit, by not only these past two years of meteors which exploded in our atmosphere with the power of atomic bombs, but also there will be an ever increasing number of hits upon the earth's and moons surface as well, and continuing reports from all around the world of fireball type events in the skies. COMMENTS (2/8/07): The mega fireball sighting and the 7.8 magnitude explosion it caused at sea coinciding with the strengthening of Hurricane Rita, refocusing flood damage once again on New Orleans, I felt was an echo of the asteroid produced super hurricane and tsunami aspect of the above prediction, although only partially so.

NEW PREDICTION: 10/5/04 -- This is more difficult to pin down, yet I suspect these attacks will be much worse than the one in Washington DC (if that one happens at all). Strange as it may sound, some sort of attack or earth changes catastrophe will strike at Hollywood and possibly Las Vegas, the ENTERTAINMENT CAPITALS. It will be a first, if it does. South Africa, for some reason, stands out as a possible target, although it is not typical of Al Qaeda to strike there. More likely, perhaps, will be the bombing of an important building in an East African or Arab nation alligned against Sudan in the current conflict. This could be EGYPT if in the Middle East. The timing may well be in August/September 2005.
Bombs kill scores in Egyptian resort town -- Attacks may be tied to October terror strike in another Red Sea resort
SHARM EL-SHEIKH, Egypt (CNN) -- Investigators in Egypt searched Saturday for bodies and clues after near-simultaneous bombings at the Red Sea resort city of Sharm el-Sheikh, attacks that killed at least 83 people and injured more than 200 others. Authorities hauled in earth-moving equipment and began the painstaking work of searching through rubble left by the three early morning blasts. Egypt's interior minister said the attacks may be linked to explosions last October in the Red Sea resort of Taba. "We are trying to find out who committed these crimes," Habib al-Adli told reporters while viewing the extensive damage at the Ghazala Gardens Hotel in Naama Bay, a popular tourism area of Sharm el-Sheikh. That city is on the Red Sea at the tip of Sinai Peninsula. Taba is also on the Red Sea, on the Sinai near the border with Israel. "It is likely that they have some relationship to the Taba operation." Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, who surveyed the damage Saturday, called the acts "cowardly and criminal." He said the attacks will embolden Egypt's effort to fight terror. "Terrorism is still approaching us from time to time with its ugly face," he said. "It is a blind terrorism which is expanding all over the world, terrorizing people and targeting them everywhere."
In Egypt's northeastern Sinai Peninsula in October, attackers struck the Taba Hilton and nearby camping areas around Ras al Sultan and Tarabeen in a series of bomb blasts, killing 34 people. Al-Adli said it was not yet known who was behind the attacks, "but whoever it is, or whatever groups they belong to, this is ugly terrorism, and there's no humanity or values or feel of belonging in these acts." Asked whether he thought the blasts might be related to Islam, he replied, "What Islam? This terrorism has nothing to do with any religion, because all religions do not allow aggression and do not allow killing civilians in innocence. Those don't belong to Muslims. They are a gang of criminals." The bombings occurred on Egypt's National Day, which commemorates the 1952 bloodless revolution that brought a group of army officers to power after deposing King Farouk. One suicide car bomb killed 17 Egyptian workers in a coffee shop at the city's Old Market, authorities said. The other suicide car bomber struck the Ghazala Garden Hotel, speeding past a security checkpoint and ramming the hotel's reception area before exploding. The hotel lobby area collapsed, along with its roof. Video footage showed the Old Market area littered with broken glass and debris. The third bombing -- an explosive device left in a bag -- killed six tourists at a beachfront parking lot and shuttle stop frequented by tourists, about two miles from the hotel. The explosions happened about 1:15 a.m. (6:15 p.m. Friday ET), but the hotels and the market were crowded. "It's very hot here, so people go out and stay up all night," journalist Sandy Petrykowski told CNN. At least 60 of those killed are Egyptian and at least eight are foreigners, the Interior Ministry said. Hala el-Khatib, a spokeswoman for the Egyptian Tourism Ministry, said one person from the Czech Republic was killed. The Italian Foreign Ministry confirmed an Italian's death and said 10 others were injured.
One husband and wife were awakened by the blasts. "My wife and I were asleep and, basically, I just woke up because our house is made out of glass doors, and simply the glass started shaking really hard," said Ahmed Mansour, who lives in Sharm el-Sheikh, 7 kilometers (4 miles) from Naama Bay. "I personally just thought it was an earthquake. ... Fifteen minutes later, I started to get phone calls from, basically, people asking us if we were all right," Mansour said. Egypt had been operating under heightened security in recent days, Interior Minister al-Adli said, because of the bomb attacks in London. |
COMMENTS (7/27/05): My apologies. It has just been brought to my attention that the July 23 bombings in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt do, in fact, fulfill one of my predictions. Although, as you can see, this is only a PREDICTION PARTIALLY FULFILLED. This is because Egypt is only one of five places predicted to be attacked by terrorists for this vector, thus it comprises only 20% of the entire projection. Then again, in the text, the weight of my argument lies squarely in an East African nation or, if in the Middle East, specifically Egypt. Thus, one might instead boost the relevancy of Egypt to as a high as 40% of the prediction. Of course, the other places mentioned may yet be attacked by terrorists or suffer a geological/weather-related disaster. Late July is also very close to the August/September 2005 vector.
Incidentally, does anyone know if any of those freak tornadoes spotted in California earlier this year came anywhere near Hollywood?
Three bombs rip through Egypt resort -- 'Wicked terrorist attack' kills 23, wounds dozens moreTuesday, April 25, 2006
Posted: 0225 GMT (1025 HKT) (CNN) -- Twenty-three people, including three foreigners, were killed and 62 others were wounded Monday in terrorist bombings in the Egyptian Red Sea resort town of Dahab, the Egyptian interior minister said. Habib al-Adly said 42 of the wounded are Egyptian and three are members of the police. In a written statement, he said the dead included 20 Egyptians and three foreigners -- a German child and two victims of unknown nationality. The statement said the 20 foreigners who were wounded include three Danes, three Britons, two Italians, two Germans and one each from the United States, France, Korea, Lebanon, Israel and Australia. The nationalities of the other victims were not specified. But in Washington, State Department officials said four Americans are among the wounded. The blasts took place about 7:15 p.m. (1:15 p.m. ET) at two cafeterias and a supermarket. Witnesses reported seeing smoke coming from a market in the Sinai Peninsula town. Video of the site hours later showed damaged buildings, with sidewalks outside tourist shops and restaurants covered in blood and shattered glass. President Hosni Mubarak called the explosions "a wicked terrorist attack." The resort town was crowded with tourists because of the Easter holiday observed Sunday by the Coptic Orthodox Church of Egypt, as well as other orthodox churches. "There were body parts and debris in the street. ... There are ambulances and cars taking people to hospital," one witness, who refused to be identified, told the Reuters news agency. "There is smoke coming from the area, and there are people running everywhere," Reuters quoted another witness as saying.
People hurt in the explosions were taken to hospitals in Dahab and the nearby resort town of Sharm el-Sheikh, state-run Nile Television reported. Mubarak vowed to punish those responsible for the blasts and expressed his condolences to victims' family members, Nile Television said . . . |
COMMENTS (4/27/06): It appears, regarding the Egypt part of this prediction, that we have a PREDICTION OVERKILL event. Hollywood, Las Vegas, and Africa remain untouched by terrorism. However, regarding the potential geological disaster also mentioned, wasn't there a destructive volcanic eruption in Africa recently? Must check.

NEW PREDICTION: 9/17/04 -- In
Quatrain 1.54, Nostradamus suggests that Russia will undergo two
revolutions, one during the 20th Century and yet
another during the 21st:
Quatrain 1.54
The first bloody Russian revolution, symbolised by the scythe or sickle, occurred in 1917. The second happens after a change in centuries has been made (which occurred in 2001). Therefore, the time is ripe for the second most violent revolution in Russian history, resulting in a new dictatorship.
The identity of the individual who will begin this coup and lead Russia into revolution and possible civil war is unknown. One, however, cannot discount the possibility that it will be Liberal Democratic Party leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky or possibly Communist Party leader Gennady Zyuganov. Whoever takes control, it is unlikely he will hold power for long. A major vector for violent political upheaval occurs in August/September 2005.
A newly tyrannical Vladimir Putin or a new dictator who overthrows him will seek to re-integrate the former Soviet Union and the former Warsaw Pact by force. Recent troubles in Georgia, Ossetia, Abkhazia, Chechnya, Slovakia, Transdneister, Moldova, and Lithuania are the kinds of triggers that could lead to such action by Moscow. In turn, the danger of a military showdown between Russia and Nato may result. Meanwhile, the fire of rebellious war raging in the Caucasus will spread into the Middle East and the Balkans.
For a possible dream vision of mine concerning some of these events open a Dream Window.
COMMENTS (5/13/05): In my opinion this prediction is already PARTIALLY FULFILLED, with all the demonstrations and threats of intervention in CIS members Ukraine (a nation where the final chapter has yet to be written) and Moldova, in Russian Bashkortostan and Ingushetia, and violent revolution in CIS Kygyzstan and now Uzbekistan. That, along with Putin's anti-democratic, iron-fisted policies that have even had Gorbachev wringing his hands with angst. Make no mistake about it -- a crisis is building in Russia and the former Soviet Union.
Today's violence in Uzbekistan may also well be, at least partially, the work of Moscow's elite Spetsnaz. If this is true, then God help us all. Because if they are now loose, my original vector for global war between Russia and Nato leading to a Russian blitzkrieg of Western and Central Europe and a nuclear war between Russia and the United States may still happen by August 2006. It all depends on whether the use of the Spetsnaz is all part of a two-to-three year programme or a more typical 20-month programme.
Obviously, I cannot present this kind of slow-motion "revolution" and "civil war" in the Russian Federation and CIS in a dark burgundy box with one or two news reports to illustrate the prediction as fulfilled or partially fulfilled. This process is moving nation by nation, enclave by enclave, and for this reason I think a seperate page may be required. I am concerned that many of these news links below will not function after a time and I need a way to document the evidence in a more permanent fashion that this prediction is indeed in progress toward eventual total fulfilment.

NEW PREDICTION: 12/13/04 -- I correctly plotted the "ball park" start of the still ongoing nuclear crisis between the US and North Korea as being in the neighbourhood of March 2003 (it actually began a bit sooner, in October 2002). Although the prediction was for a war, clearly the crisis, which has never ebbed, will likely be the cause of the war and, thus, is in itself the opening stage of the war. If war is averted (there have already been a number of skirmishes between N Korean and S Korean vessels, in the DMZ, and threats uttered against Japan coinciding with the progress of the crisis), it can still be claimed that prediction was a close one.
(NOTE: From 'Hawk Engagement: A Dangerous Turn in US Plans for North Korea' by Gregory Elich at www.globalresearch.ca, 30 Nov 2004: "President Bush came very close to actually launching an attack on North Korea in the spring of 2003. In March the U.S. moved a fleet of ships to the region, including the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson with its 75 aircraft. In preparation for the attack, 6 F-117 Stealth bombers were sent to South Korea and 25 F-15 Fighters and 24 B-1 and B-52 bombers were stationed in Guam. Plans to conduct air strikes were in place, Bush admitted to South Korean Foreign Affairs and Trade Minister Pan Ki-Mun one year later. The danger of war was averted during the U.S.-South Korean summit in Washington in May 2003, when South Korean officials strenuously objected to the plan. As in 1994, the American public never knew just how close the U.S. came to war on the Korean Peninsula in 2003.")
Now it is time to plot the likely terminus of this ongoing crisis: one which I believe will result in a conflict between North Korea and Japan as well as against the United States. The vector for this terminus is August/September 2005. At that time North Korea may open the conflict with a volley of missiles at Japan, US ships, and possibly Seoul.
Of course my view is that any war involving Pyongyang will likely lead to China entering in as North Korea's ally, as was the case in 1950-53. There has also been a low-level crisis over Taiwan in progress since October 2003, on the other side of my March 2003 vector, one that at times gets very high-level and dangerous. So war in Taiwan could very well coincide with a Pacific confrontation between North Korea, Japan, the US, and South Korea.
Thus, trouble with one means trouble with the other. The two are therefore interchangeable in my predictions for either.
The coming battle will probably begin as a crisis between North Korea and Japan involving a missile test or tests. However, if things work out, the crisis may be diffused without war. In that case, rather than a terminus to the current crisis, this will be a blip. The next terminus for war with either China and North Korea (and likely both) comes in May 2006 and August 2006. After that, nothing for some time.
For possible visions by me relating to a Sino-US war and a global plague, war with North Korea, the horrific destruction of US aircraft carriers and battleships in the Pacific, the shooting down of enemy planes, long-range nuclear missile attacks against the Western US while war rages in the Middle East, and more, open Dream Window 11. There is also a time line of events in the Master Dream Window where this conflict might be plotted.

NEW PREDICTION: 12/31/04 -- "Heaven will appear unjust. Darkness in the air." Certainly after three major air disasters, all or some of them due to terrorism, it will appear that the heavens have become unjust. Again, large loss of life. Al Qaeda yet again? This explosion/crash may take place in September 2005.
Jet overruns runway in Toronto, burns -- Air France plane was carrying about 200 passengers
TORONTO, Canada (CNN) -- An Air France passenger jet carrying about 200 passengers overran a runway and burst into flames Tuesday at Toronto's Pearson International Airport. The plane was Flight 358, an Airbus 340 scheduled to arrive from Paris at 3:35 p.m. There was no information on casualties, said Toronto radio reporter Leah Walker, who witnessed the event. "There are hundreds of emergency vehicles here to do whatever is possible to be done at this point." Smoke billowed from the site, as scores of emergency workers sought to put it out. Severe thunderstorms had occurred in the area beforehand. "This plane came off the runway; it slid off the runway and into this gully," Walker said. "It's come off with probably a great amount of force into trees and the creek." She said a fireball engulfed the plane. "We're just watching as they attempt to put foam on it and try to get these flames out." A news conference was set to be held at 5 p.m. EDT. All survive Air France jet crash and fire
TORONTO, Canada (CNN) -- An Air France passenger jet attempting to land at Toronto's Pearson International Airport overran a runway by 200 meters Tuesday, bursting into flames and sending smoke billowing into the sky. "There are no known fatalities" among the 297 people and 12 crew members who were on board, an airport spokesman said. About 14 people suffered minor injuries, said Steve Shaw, chairman of the Greater Toronto Airports Authority. The Airbus 340, arriving from Paris and attempting to land in a thunderstorm, crashed into a tree-lined gully. The airport said it had issued a "red alert" ground stop during much of the afternoon before the crash "due to extreme weather conditions which resulted in the postponement of departing aircraft." "We had absolutely no insight or hint that the landing would be difficult," passenger Olivier Dubos told CNN. "We just knew that it would be a bit hard because of the weather." Passenger Roel Bramer told CBC-TV that he was in the last seat of the full flight when it landed and failed to stop before the runway ended. "There was some real roller-coasting going on," as the plane drove into the ravine, he said. "All I could think of was 'Get off!'" Bramer said he was the second person off the plane, jumping down a chute. "Everybody was running like crazy, just in case there was an explosion." A witness, Corey Marx, said, "Everything looked good, sounded good. It hit the runway nice, then all of a sudden we heard the engines backing up." Marx said he initially didn't think anything was wrong. But then, "The guy I was with piped up, 'You know, he's getting pretty close to the end.' Immediately afterward, right off he went." The plane fell into a valley at the end of the runway and cracked in half, Marx said. Vito Porto, a freelance photographer, told Global television that an explosion occurred after the crash, throwing debris several hundred feet. |
COMMENT (8/2/05): No "close call" here. This is a PREDICTION FULFILLED. One month early. An European airliner (Air France) has crashed in Toronto, Canada. Like the photo of a ball of fire on a runway, this plane attempted to land and skidded off the runway, crashing not far from the highway. Potential large loss of life ... roughly 252 people on board at last report, but apparently with a number of survivors. Perhaps if most of the people managed to get off before the explosion, they escaped what would have otherwise been a very large death toll. That aspect of things is still unfolding.
COMMENT (8/4/05): This is how such a dire prediction can end up being fulfilled, yet no one gets hurt. It is like I have been saying all along about this base 7 system: it helps us identify many of the specific dangers lying in wait in the future, but those dangers can be prevented or mitigated if people know what is coming ... or if they instinctively know how to handle the situations they find themselves in. And sometimes miracles do occur.

NEW PREDICTION: 12/31/04 -- President Hosni Mubarak of Egypt will be gunned down by assassins in September/October 2005.
It is quite possible the assassins may be North African, possibly from Libya or Sudan, or else they will be affiliated with Al Qaeda, working at the behest of Osama bin Laden or one of his top aides. At this point a war may actually be in progress between Egypt and Sudan. Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi may also become a major player in the war.

NEW PREDICTION: 10/19/04
-- The war with Iran will finally expand tto Turkey, opening up a
new front in a series of border clashes. The question is whether
this conflict will become the great "war of Byzantium"
described by Nostradamus and also found in Islamic prophecy, one
that may spread into the Caucasus and the Balkans, or a mere
precursor that will burn out after a few months. The vector for
what will hopefully only be a limited conflict between the two
titans is September-November
2005.
Thus, the conflict should die down by December. However, if this is the big one, a serious incursion will take place in northeastern Turkey by the Iranians leading to the conquest of Trabzon on the Black Sea.
Line 4 of Quatrain 5.27 is likely about a force comprised of Al Qaeda forces that will be sent to the Balkans to aid rebel Albanians and/or Bosniaks sometime this year. It appears that just before or during the Iranian attack on Trabzon, they will suffer a terrible defeat at the hands of the anti-terror coalition led by the United States.
UPDATE (7/6/05): It has come to my attention that seven years ago, in 1998, Turkey and Syria nearly went to war. Also the largest deployment of Turkish forces into northern Iraq since 1995 to weed out the PKK occurred. For that reason, I am extending this prediction to include a possible Turkish war with Syria and/or Iraq. In any case, such a war with either nation will almost certainly trigger a much bigger conflict with the nation of Iran, as projected above.
Turkey, Iran flex their muscles in north IraqIlnur
Cevik
First it was Iran that pounded Kurdish secessionists in the mountains of northern Iraq after the militants tried to wreak havoc in its areas bordering Iraq. Militants of the Party of Free Life of Kurdistan (PEJAK) affiliated with Turkey's Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) terrorists slipped into Iran and killed Iranian soldiers. Iran hit back by shelling the border villages where PEJAK militants are being sheltered. After months of waiting and repeated warnings that Iraq and the U.S. should take action against the PKK terrorists holed up in the Kandil Mountains in northern Iraq, Turkey has also decided to make a move and sent its jets to bomb some areas just 40 kilometers into Iraq near its border. We have information that some helicopter gunships may have also been involved in the operation. The Turkish air raid may not have really achieved anything in the way of "finishing off" the PKK in northern Iraq because we have been told that in anticipation of such an attack for weeks Turkey's PKK secessionist terrorists had already vacated most of the area. But it has some political dividends. The government can turn to the Turkish public and say "we acted" while the Americans can turn to Turkey and say, "Well, we turned a blind eye and you did what you wanted to, so now cool off." Of course, that such an air raid could solve everything and appease the Turkish public remains to be seen. We do not think such a raid will end PKK terrorist actions in Turkey and prevent the deaths of our security personnel, which is the main concern for the Turkish people. So the more the PKK kills people in Turkey, the more we will also see the futility of a cross-border action of this type. So now the myth that northern Iraq is untouchable has evaporated in the summer heat. It is clear that the Americans simply turned a blind eye to a Turkish air operation just to keep Ankara happy and give some breathing space to the Turkish government, which is under intense pressure from the Turkish public to stop the killing of our soldiers in Turkey by the PKK and thus launch a cross-border operation into Iraq to finish off the PKK. However, this also means that from now on Iran will feel the right to intervene in northern Iraq at will. A very senior Kurdish official serving in the Baghdad administration told The New Anatolian that Iran shelling northern Iraq's Kurdish territory is not just a gesture from Iran to Turkey, showing its solidarity in the fight against the PKK, and said the issue is "more complicated." TNA learned that the Americans have started to move some of their command centers to northern Iraq's relatively safe areas and that there's a serious increase in the U.S. presence in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. Iran is reportedly extremely unhappy with this on its doorstep, and by shelling northern Iraq it is serving notice to the Kurds that it is closely monitoring their growing relationship with Washington ... The Iraqi Kurds are aware that Iran could upset the stability of their region by masterminding a series of terrorist attacks inside their territory, which is now touted as the safest and most peaceful place in Iraq ... They are deeply concerned. The Turkish air raid has opened a Pandora's Box. What will come out remains to be seen. |
COMMENTS (8/27/06): I've been watching this situation unfold since April and have been very tempted to make remarks as the list of news links of war have grown taller. Since the conflict in Kurdistan has escalated in August, now is as good a time as any. I never thought that when Turkey and Iran finally went to war in northern Iraq that it would be reported as a kind of "invisible war" (a war not getting much in the way of Western media attention). What makes the current campaign against the Kurds different from other Turkish incursions in the past is the fact that Iran is also involved in a very major way. My prediction ties these two nations together as adversaries.
In all fairness, this is only the very beginning. Turkey and Iran are still operating as allies in this region against the Kurds and not as adversaries. Hostilities with the Kurds could always end before such a change in their relationship takes place. But as the article points out: "A very senior Kurdish official (says) Iran shelling northern Iraq's Kurdish territory is not just a gesture from Iran to Turkey, showing its solidarity in the fight against the PKK, and said the issue is 'more complicated.'" The author then suggests what this complication may be: that Iran is showing it is prepared to fight the US in northern Iraq and, if Turkey is called upon to fulfill its Nato alliance obligations to the US, Teheran is also prepared to go to war with Ankara.
If this "Pandora's Box" is not closed, we will likely be able to trace the coming Turko-Iranian War to events in Kurdistan during the summer of 2006.

NEW PREDICTION: 12/15/04 -- This may happen on the set of a film or TV show. It will not be deliberate, but due to goofing off. Probably a shooting of a gun that is not supposed to be loaded or something to do with a prop knife that ends up being the real thing. Something like that. This may happen in October 2005.
Rapper Kills Himself With Pen GunAssociated Press
ST. PARIS, Ohio (AP) - Steven Zorn had put the pen gun to his head and clicked before, apparently thinking it was jammed and would not work. But on the third try, the tiny silver pistol went off as the 22-year-old budding rap artist was drinking to celebrate an impending record deal. He died at a hospital. The Nov. 18 shooting at Zorn's home in this rural village of 2,000, about 50 miles northeast of Dayton, is believed to have been accidental, according to family, friends and law enforcement officials. "Steven had a career and his dreams all ahead of him,'' said Zorn's mother, Lisa McCoy-Horn. She said she wants lawmakers to outlaw pen guns, which are small-caliber, single-shot weapons that resemble pens. Zorn had taught himself to play the keyboard and record tracts using inexpensive software on his home computer. He tracked down rap artist Miracle in Georgia and urged the crunk artist to listen to a CD of his original recordings. "The lyrical content was awesome,'' Miracle said. "He had a lot of skill. I took a liking to him, took him under my wing.'' |

'Cheers' star Shelley
Long overdoses in apparent suicide attempt Big News Network.com Saturday
27th November, 2004 Actress Shelley Long was hospitalized for a week in Los Angeles after taking an overdose of painkillers, the New York Post reported Friday. Friends of Long speculate the 55-year-old Cheers star, depressed over the breakup of her marriage last year, took the pills in an apparent suicide attempt. Long, who played waitress Diane Chambers in the hit sitcom, was admitted to UCLA Medical Center Nov. 16 and released Tuesday, her mother said. She fell into depression after her husband of 22 years, securities broker Bruce Tyson, left her. The couple is in the process of a divorce and Long is now living alone after moving out of their Hollywood mansion when it was sold. Long, who won an Emmy and two Golden Globes for her work in Cheers, left the show in 1987, six years before its last episode. She starred in several movies since then but never reached the level of success she enjoyed in her Cheers role. 'Cheers' Star ODs in Apparent Suicide Try Saturday, November 27, 2004
NEW YORK Bubbly blond "Cheers" star Shelley Long - depressed over the bust-up of her marriage - was rushed to the hospital after taking an overdose of painkillers in an apparent suicide bid. The 55-year-old actress, who played ditzy waitress Diane Chambers on the classic TV sitcom, was taken to UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles after the heartbreaking incident. Long had been extremely depressed in recent months, was barely eating and often spent long periods of time in bed, said friends, speculating that she tried to kill herself. "It is very sad to see this woman, who is only 55, looking like she's turning 90," one pal told The Sun newspaper of London. Another friend said, "For 18 months, she's been getting more and more depressed. It's like seeing someone falling off a cliff. "She told some of her good friends she felt she had nothing to live for." The incident took place Nov. 16, and hospital records show that Long was discharged Tuesday. Her mom, in a brief telephone interview, confirmed to The Post that her daughter is no longer in the hospital. In a weird twist, Long once played a depressed woman committed to a hospital for depression in the 1979 TV movie "The Cracker Factory." She's not the only "Cheers" cast member to have been felled by depression Kelsey Grammer, too, has also had severe bouts with the blues. Things got rough for the actress last year, when her securities-broker husband, Bruce Tyson, walked out after 22 years of marriage. They are now divorcing, and Long had to leave their Hollywood mansion when it was sold. She now lives alone. She met Tyson on a blind date in 1979. They were wed two years later it was her second marriage and have a daughter, Juliana, 19. The actress starred in several films since bolting "Cheers" in 1987, six years before it ended in 1993. Among the flicks were 1995's "The Brady Bunch Movie," in which she played Carol Brady, and 2000's "Dr. T and the Women." Many see her career as a classic example of what happens to some TV stars who give up popular roles to seek movie fame. She never regained the popularity she enjoyed as the overeducated "Cheers" barmaid, who was a foil to bar owner Sam Malone, played by Ted Danson. She's slated for a rare, pretaped guest appearance tonight in the ABC series "Complete Savages." For "Cheers, " she won an Emmy and two Golden Globes. Eddie Doyle, the real-life Ted Danson who's served drinks for 30 years at the Bull & Finch Pub in Boston, the bar on which Cheers was based, said: "I'm just really surprised and hope she's going to be all right. I guess they say things like that happen around the holidays." |
COMMENTS
(12/13/04): With so many of my predictions concerning
2004 suddenly being fulfilled or almost being fulfilled recently,
keeping me rather busy in the reporting of them, I completely
ignored the significance of this event's impact in relationship
to this October 2005 prediction. Although this suicide attempt
occurred eleven months premature of the October 2005 vector, there is no
question that Shelley Long, being a well-known, famous comic
actress of television and screen fits the profile of the
prediction. While it is true that I suspect that this may also be
a part of a more sinister web being woven for someone else
connected to the 2004 prediction, Famous Blonde
Actress/Pop Celebrity Slain in Brutal Murder, it clearly indicates a
trend has already been created towards that which I suspect may
occur next year.
One might be tempted to say that this CLOSE CALL was related to Donna Summer's attempted suicide in November 1976 (28 [4 x 7] years ago), except that Donna Summer was only thinking about jumping out an 11th-floor window before a friend entered her room and dissipated any further self-destructive thoughts, whereas Shelley Long actually went through with her drugs overdose bid but, fortunately, survived. And, of course, that is the specific method that the prediction title above says will be used.
An overwhelming number of news reports claim this was a suicide attempt despite an earlier denial by Shelley Long's agent. Entertainment Tonight also televised this story concerning Long's suicide bid in an initial report followed by an in-depth feature. Of course, my prediction says the drugs overdose will either be accidental or intentional, so it fits either way.
FOOTNOTE: It's "official": it was a suicide attempt. Sensitive, cautionary article covers Shelley's divorce problems and her suicide attempt: Prevent Suicide Now.com - Actress Shelley Long Attempts Suicide.
Country singer McCready overdoses -- 'Guys Do It All the Time' singer hospitalized in FloridaTuesday, July 26, 2005 Posted: 1527 GMT (2327 HKT)
Last week, McCready was charged in Arizona with identity theft and other counts. Within the past two years, she has also faced allegations of driving under the influence and a drug violation. Dennis Tomlin, who had been her attorney until midday Monday, declined comment on the singer's situation Monday night except to say the singer has retained another lawyer. Tomlin said earlier Monday that McCready had gone to Florida "to visit her mother when she found out about the potential charges in Arizona. The stress got to her and she ended up in the hospital." He said then that she was in intensive care. Details concerning the charges filed last week in Mohave County, Arizona, were not immediately available. Besides identity theft, charges against McCready included attempted fraudulent scheme and artifices, unlawful imprisonment and hindering prosecution. Tomlin said last week that the singer was helping Arizona authorities apprehend a con artist who had bilked her and other celebrities out of large sums of money. He did not elaborate on the details and declined to discuss them Monday night. In May, McCready was charged in Tennessee with driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. She also told of abuse she had allegedly received from an ex-boyfriend at a hearing. McCready had been severely beaten May 8. Last year, she pleaded guilty to fraudulently obtaining the painkiller OxyContin at a pharmacy. She was fined $4,000, sentenced to three years of probation and ordered to perform 200 hours of community service. She was scheduled to be in a Williamson County court Monday for a probation violation hearing. A judge ordered Tomlin to produce an affidavit from her doctor by Wednesday. McCready had a No. 1 hit in 1996, "Guys Do It All the Time." Singer Mindy McCready found with suicide noteJuly 26, 2005, 5:38PM
William McKnight, 39, had been charged with attempted criminal homicide and aggravated burglary in an attack on the 28-year-old entertainer earlier this year. The couple had broken up about two weeks before the attack, which occurred at McCready's Nashville home. McKnight, who described himself as McCready's fiance, told authorities at the Holiday Inn Harborside in Indian Rocks Beach that she had taken a large amount of two substances and drank a lot of alcohol, according to a Pinellas County Sheriff's Department report. Sgt. Jim Bordner refused to identify the substances, citing McCready's medical confidentiality rights. Bordner also refused to release McCready's condition or the hospital where she was taken. He said only that she was "recovering at a local hospital." According to the report, McKnight told authorities that he "had been having some relationship problems" with McCready and gave them a four-page suicide note he said she had written. The note wasn't released. McCready had testified in May that McKnight punched her in the face and choked her after he said she wasn't going to make a fool out of him by seeing other men. He posted $130,000 bail last month. A few days before the attack, McCready who had a hit in 1996 with Guys Do It All the Time was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license. Last year, she pleaded guilty to fraudulently obtaining the painkiller OxyContin at a suburban Nashville pharmacy and was fined $4,000, sentenced to three years of supervised probation and ordered to perform 200 hours of community service. Country Star Mindy McCready Survives Second Suicide Attempt
2005-09-29 Country singer Mindy McCready was taken to hospital late last week after overdosing on antidepressants in an apparent suicide attempt, just two weeks after being released from jail. McCready, who is pregnant, took approximately 30 antidepressant pills after becoming involved in a heated phone argument with her boyfriend, fellow country singer William McKnight, who is also the father of her unborn child. McKnight called emergency services after receiving no answer when trying to call McCready back. This is the second such attempt in three months for McCready, who was found unconscious in a hotel in Fort Myers, FL in July after another attempted overdose. The Nashville star has had a troubled year, to say the least. The aforementioned McKnight was charged with attempted murder earlier this year after breaking into McCreadys home and physically assaulting her. McCready, 29, has also been charged with identity theft, hindering prosecution, driving under the influence and illegally obtaining prescription drugs in the past couple of years alone. McCready became a Nashville sensation with her 1996 No. 1 hit, "Guys Do It All The Time. Bizarrely, McCreadys latest single, released around the time of her first suicide attempt, is a duet with McKnight, entitled Sweeter. |
COMMENTS (7/27/05): Now we have a famous female singer (country) who has both overdosed on drugs and left a suicide note. So now there is an actress (Shelley Long) and a singer (Mindy McCready) who have both come close to fulfilling this prediction. The timing is still premature, but only by about three months, making this a second CLOSE CALL. I suppose you could call it a case of ClOSE CALL OVERKILL.

NEW PREDICTION: 6/22/05 -- An historic building or landmark will be devastated by fire. The cause may be arson, terrorism, or being struck by lightning. It is possible this building may be Westminster Abbey. It will burn most of the night before being brought under control. Sometime around October 2005.

IMPORTANT NOTE (7/23/05): This is a complex prediction that touches on a large number of points. Included below it are two critical updates dated 10/21/04 and 1/21/05 that should be considered as additions to the overall projection. Ergo, I am highlighting all text in aqua that is currently revelent and possibly evidence of a partial fulfillment. If turmoil begins in a certain region then subsides or the region enjoys a pause in hostilities, it will remain highlighted in the belief that crisis will return to the region again. (Last highlight: 9/22/06)
NEW PREDICTION: 8/3/03 -- In the event we move "over the hump" in 2003, this is the "final scenario" for the development of a very hot Third World War. We will assume by this point in time that a Russian confrontation with Nato/Eu did not occur in 2003 or 2004 and that the beginnings of limited Balkan conflicts projected for the end of 2003 and the first half of 2004 either failed to happen, were very limited indeed and are over, or are dragging on as low-level conflicts much like the current guerilla campaigns in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Personally, I believe history will record the triggering event of World War III to have been the terrorist attacks in NYC and Washington DC on September 11, 2001 and the first battle of the war the one begun by the US in Afghanistan on October 7, 2001. Low-level conflict in Afghanistan has never ended and was in progress when the second major battle of the war began on March 19, 2003 in Iraq. Low level conflict continues in both Iraq and Afghanistan with the danger ever increasing that the US will take military action against Syria, Iran, and/or North Korea. These periods of low level conflicts are the 21st Century equivilent of the "Phony War" (what Europeans called the lull in military action between October 1939 and May 1940 in their expression of doubt that a great war was in progress). However, the crisis and mini-wars between Israel and the Palestinians, Lebanon, and Syria must be seen as a potential and probable link to the US wars. The major fighting that took place between Israel, the Palestinians, the Lebanese Hezbollah, and, very briefly, Syrian soldiers, in March and April 2002, must be looked upon as yet another battle of World War III. In time, the US wars and the Israeli wars will merge. Historians might then make a case that the Palestinian intifada that began in September 2000 was the true trigger for World War III.
From a base 7 standpoint, there is only one series of years that witnessed the "double crisis" of major war in both the Middle East and in the Balkans. This is very important since it is the opening theme in the prophecies of the Seer of Waldviertel and Alois Irlmaier, and a major theme in the quatrains of Nostradamus.
1956 was first, with the Suez Canal Crisis triggering an Arab-Israeli war in October followed by the Soviet invasion of Budapest, Hungary in November. Both regions would not see war in the same year again, back-to-back, for quite some time. Thirty-five (5 x 7) years later, Operation Desert Storm was launched in January 1991. Also that same month the Soviets conducted a bloody military crackdown in Vilnius, Lithuania. After the Persian Gulf War was over in March, the first major Balkan war of the 1990s began between Croatia and Serbia. Seven years later, war started in the Kosovo province of Serbia in late February 1998. A WMD crisis with Iraq was in full swing at that time, nearly leading to war that same month. A UN-sponsored treaty was signed, staving off military action until December 1998 with Operation Desert Fox. The war in Kosovo, meanwhile, grew worse, requiring Nato military action in March 1999.
Note that all three of these years are on the same time line: 1956, 1991, and 1998. Thus, as far as the base 7 system is concerned, there can be no other year for simultaneous major wars in both the Middle East and the Balkans in the near future but 2005. Establishing a vector will not be easy, however. The 1956 crises began in the months of October and November respectively. However, for 1991 we have January for both Lithuania and Iraq and March for Serbia and Croatia. Then, for 1998, we have February for war in Kosovo and a heated crisis in Iraq and finally December for the three-day air campaign against Iraq.
There are a number of factors to consider.
Either the US will have withdrawn from the region altogether in February 2005, the Persian Gulf region will finally be pacified by that time or sooner, perhaps before the US presidential election of 2004, or America will still be at war in the Persian Gulf throughout 2005, a "guerrilla war" quagmire in Iraq, Afghanistan, and possibly Iran marked by periodic high intensity bursts of military action, often in the form of air strikes, often against targets in Iran. A major war in the Pacific and South Asia may also be ongoing at this time.
One must also bear in mind that October 2005 is the designated deadline for the latest peace talks between Israel and the Palestinians. If they have not failed beforehand, they will certainly unravel by October 2005. It is even possible the Palestinian Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas will be assassinated at this time, triggering a major Middle East war. November 2005 is also the final vector for the possible assassination of the US president (more on this later). So we can see how October and November 2005 size up already.
Therefore, the two most dangerous vectors for the year are January-March 2005 or October/November 2005.
At this time, a huge war, the likes of which has never been seen, will break out in the Middle East. To be as bad as it is going to get, it must involve Israel. According to Nostradamus, this war will be fought from as far east as Iran and some of the former Soviet Moslem republics in Central Asia to as far west as Turkey, Egypt, Cyprus, Greece, and North Africa. Within a month of this war's start, another major war will break out in the Balkans, so widespread that huge naval battles in the Eastern Mediterranean and Adriatic Sea will be fought, some involving Russian nuclear weapons. Alois Irlamier and the Seer of Waldviertel both foresaw these naval battles and Nostradamus did as well, describing the very sea and earth rising into the sky and falling back down again while Arab blood is being spilled in the Adriatic, Egypt and Greece trembling from possible nuclear attack, nuclear explosions are detonated above the Black Sea, and Turkey is under attack by fire and weapons from southern Russia and Iran.
Obviously, either the current start at new peace negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians and her close Arab neighbours, Lebanon and Syria, fail utterly in October 2005, perhaps due to the assassination of Mahmoud Abbas, and lead to all-out war, or the peace talks fail long before this time and the recent intifada begun in September 2000 escalates to something far worse than what happened between Israel, the Palestinians, the Lebanese Hezbollah, and Syria in either April 1996 or March/April 2002. Any conflict still in progress involving Iraq, Iran, Turkey, Afghanistan, and possibly Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and the small oil kingdoms, with or without US participation, will merge with the Arab-Israeli confrontation.
Meanwhile, either a Serbian or Bulgarian conflict, one possibly involving a few other other Balkans and nearby nations, escalates after a few years of fighting and brings the entire region into war, including nations like Albania, Greece, Croatia, Macedonia, Romania, and Hungary, or this will be the time one of these two wars actually begins. It will become bad enough to bring Russia into the conflict without actually causing Russia to launch a blitzkrieg against Central and Western Europe. The Seer of Waldviertel indicates that a period of Russian naval combat with nuclear weapons in the Adriatic Sea will precede such a blitzkrieg. Alois Irlamier also concurs, adding the Eastern Mediterranean as part of the naval confrontation.
This will be the most troubling crisis the world will have ever faced, aside from the war in the Pacific, for this crisis will evolve into a total war in 2006. And if there was ever any doubt World War III was in progress before 2005, there will be no question what the "nature of the beast" is by this point in time.
UPDATE (10/21/04): I think I may have a better idea about one important aspect of the crisis that will occur in the Middle East. Recently in a dream I saw what appeared to be a shifting of worry by many nations from Iraq to Egypt. Apparently, the street fighting, grenade throwing, car bombing variety of terrorism will spread from Gaza, Egypt, and Iraq to every nation in the world -- even America. This bloodshed will go on daily, everywhere. However, there will be extreme concern about Egypt itself as a focal point for the coming global war that shall begin in the Middle East. Here is the Dream Window.
UPDATE (1/21/05): Regarding the Middle East crisis, I now believe that October/November 2005 is the point in time when Israel is forced into a large war with Syria and Lebanon and is being attacked from Gaza and the West Bank. As mentioned in the above update, Egypt will also be pulled into this conflict, possibly via Palestinian and terrorist actions in Gaza, Al Qaeda attacks, and from Iraqi insurgents. The US will probably already be at war with Syria and launching air strikes against Iran since early in the year (January-March 2005). But Israel's entrance into the Syrian conflict will cause the US war to become a giant Middle East war that will leave no nation untouched. This will become the war of Alus described by Nostradamus and possibly the burden of Damascus prophesied by Isaiah and the "double war" of Israel and a US-backed Iraq vs Syria, Lebanon, the West Bank, Saudi Arabia, and Iran prophesied by Jeremiah.
Israeli troops roll into Gaza -- Strikes hit bridges, power plant as military seeks soldier's rescueThursday,
June 29, 2006 Posted: 1955 GMT (0355 HKT) JERUSALEM (CNN) -- Israeli troops and armored vehicles crossed into southern Gaza early Wednesday in what the Israeli military said was an attempt to rescue a soldier kidnapped by Palestinian militants. Soldiers backed by artillery traveled from the Israeli military encampment in Kerem Shalom to the southern Gaza town of Rafah, near the Gaza-Israel-Egypt border, said the Israeli Defense Ministry. The Israelis took up positions in Gaza shortly before 3 a.m. (8 p.m. ET) in the area where Cpl. Gilad Shalit was abducted Sunday. Two other Israeli soldiers were killed in the weekend raid by Palestinian militants who tunneled into Israel. "The IDF will continue to act with determination and to employ all means at its disposal to combat terrorists and their infrastructure ... and will continue to make every effort to return Cpl. Shalit home quickly and safely," the military said Wednesday in a statement. "The Palestinian Authority, led by the democratically elected Hamas government, is fully responsible for any attacks emanating from the Gaza Strip, and Israel holds it responsible for the safe and quick return of Cpl. Shalit." Before Wednesday's incursion began, two rounds of Israeli airstrikes knocked out a power plant in Gaza City, cutting power to most of the territory. Video from the Palestinian Ramattan news agency showed fires burning at the site.
"We are trying to make it clear to the Palestinian Authority and to the terror organizations that we will take the necessary steps to secure his safe return," Dallal said. Another airstrike knocked out a bridge connecting the northern and southern districts of Gaza City, witnesses told CNN. Later, the Israelis struck one of the three bridges again. Capt. Noa Meir, a military spokeswoman, said Israeli commanders have a "general idea" where Shalit was being held. "We still hope to return safely our kidnapped soldier," Daniel Ayalon, Israeli ambassador to the United States, told CNN Tuesday night from Washington. Israel will call its operation off if Shalit is released safely, he added. After the kidnapping, Ayalon said, "We had no choice but to react." Prime Minister Ehud Olmert told his parliament Tuesday to expect "an extended campaign against the Palestinian Authority" unless Shalit was released. "All targets" would be considered for possible action, Olmert said the day after ruling out any deals with militants for Shalit's release ... Israeli warplanes buzzed the summer residence of Syrian President Bashar Assad early Wednesday, military officials said, in a message aimed at pressuring the Syrian leader to win the release of a captured Israeli soldier. The officials said on condition of anonymity that the fighter jets flew over Assad's palace in a low-altitude overnight raid near the Mediterranean port city of Latakia in northwestern Syria. Israeli television reports said four planes were involved, and Assad was home at the time. The flight caused "noise" on the ground, the military officials said on condition of anonymity, according to military guidelines. The officials said Assad was targeted because of the "direct link" between Syria and Hamas, the Palestinian militant group holding Cpl. Gilad Shalit, 19, in the Gaza Strip. Syria hosts Khaled Meshaal, Hamas' exiled supreme leader. There was no immediate reaction from Syria ... Israeli offensive kills 23 in GazaWednesday 12 July 2006, 20:46 Makka Time, 17:46 GMT
Israel has pledged to continue the operation, which has already cost the lives of more than 60 Palestinians, until a soldier abducted by Palestinian fighters is freed and crude rocket attacks over the border are stopped. On Wednesday evening, an Israeli airstrike hit a group of people in the southern Gaza town of Deir al-Balah on Wednesday, killing five people and wounding six others, Palestinian officials said. Israel has rejected calls from the governing Hamas movement for negotiations on a prisoner swap. Hamas accuses Israel of using the offensive to try to topple its elected government. Earlier on Wednesday, in an attempt to kill senior commanders of Hamas's armed wing, an Israeli air raid brought down a three-storey building on the northern edge of Gaza City. The air strike killed a local Hamas leader, Nabil Abu Selmeya, his wife and seven sons and daughters aged between seven and 19, medics said. His eldest son, who was not at home, survived ... Hizbollah says seizes Israeli soldiers in border raid
BEIRUT (Reuters) - Hizbollah guerrillas captured two Israeli soldiers in attacks from Lebanon on Israeli border posts on Wednesday, Hizbollah television said. It said the Islamic Resistance, the military arm of Hizbollah, announced the capture in a statement. Lebanese security sources said Israeli aircraft retaliated by bombing a key bridge in southern Lebanon. The Syrian-backed Hizbollah earlier fired dozens of Katyusha rockets and mortar bombs at Israeli border posts and a town, wounding four Israeli civilians, according to Israeli and Lebanese security sources. Israeli gunners retaliated, firing salvoes of artillery shells into the outskirts of four Lebanese border villages while Israeli soldiers exchanged gunfire with guerrillas in the area. The fighting apparently began when at least two rockets fired from south Lebanon exploded near Shlomi, an Israeli frontier town about 15 km (9 miles) east of the Mediterranean coast. Hizbollah guerrillas also attacked Israeli posts in the Israeli-occupied Shebaa Farms area to the east, the Lebanese security sources said. The Hizbollah attack coincided with a major Israeli military incursion in the Gaza Strip, ordered partly in retaliation for the abduction by Palestinian guerrillas earlier this month of an Israeli soldier from a border post. Bomb Destroys Palestinian Foreign MinistryJul 12 7:13 PM US/Eastern
GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip A bomb dropped by an Israeli warplane destroyed the Palestinian Foreign Ministry building in Gaza City early Thursday. The bomb collapsed the building and caused widespread destruction in the area. The Palestinian foreign minister is Hamas leader Mahmoud Zahar. The Israeli military confirmed it carried out an airstrike on the Palestinian Foreign Ministry, noting that it is "led by Hamas." At least three people were wounded in the strike, which took place after 1:30 a.m. The injured were in neighboring buildings, and it was not known if anyone was in the ministry at the time. Ambulances and rescue services were racing to the scene. Houses and cars in the area were badly damaged by the force of the blast, and the third and fourth floors of the foreign ministry building were destroyed. Israel has been waging a two-week offensive in Gaza after Hamas-linked militants carried out a cross-border raid, killing two Israeli soldiers and capturing a third. Early Wednesday, an Israeli aircraft dropped a quarter-ton bomb on a house in Gaza City where Hamas commanders were meeting, killing nine members of a family. Earlier this month Israeli warplanes attacked the Hamas-controlled Interior Ministry twice, causing considerable damage ... Israeli
jets hit Beirut airport
Thursday, July 13, 2006 Posted: 0519 GMT (1319 HKT) JERUSALEM (CNN) -- Israeli aircraft bombed Beirut International Airport Thursday, sending plumes of smoke into the morning sky, the Israel Defense Forces said. The IDF said it targeted the airport because it served as a central hub for the transfer for weapons and supplies to Hezbollah. The strikes at the airport came hours after Israel's Cabinet authorized a "severe and harsh" response to the abduction of two soldiers by Lebanon's Hezbollah guerrillas and declared Lebanon's government responsible for their safe release. Journalist Anthony Mills reported hearing fighter jets, explosions and anti-aircraft fire in the area of the airport. Mills said Lebanese media was reporting that two of the airport's runways had been hit and that officials had closed the airport. In northern Israel, CNN's John Vause reported numerous Katyusha rocket strikes in Nahariya near the hotel he was staying in. He said buildings have been damaged and people injured. Hezbollah fighters fired mortars and rockets at Israeli towns and army posts, while Israel said its air force carried out more than 100 raids on what it said were Hezbollah bases, bombing roads and bridges guerrillas could have used to move two abducted Israeli soldiers out of the area. Israeli artillery and airstrikes have been pounding Hezbollah installations in southern Lebanon after a cross-border raid Wednesday that left three Israeli soldiers dead in addition to the two captives. Four more Israelis died in an attack on their tank during the clashes, and another died as soldiers went to their aid, the Israeli military said. The new fighting on Israel's northern border comes amid a two-week-old Israeli campaign in Gaza in search of a soldier kidnapped by Palestinian militants there. Hezbollah, an Islamic militia backed by Syria and Iran, demanded "direct negotiations" for a prisoner exchange to resolve the crisis. Israel has rejected that call, arguing it would lead to more attacks. "We expect them to be returned to us alive and safely, immediately without any precondition -- no negotiation," government spokesman Gideon Meir told CNN ... Vehicles clog the Masnaa border between Lebanon and Syria on the outskirts of Lebanon's Bekaa Valley.Israeli fighter jets have bombed Beirut International Airport, expanding its campaign against Lebanon's Hezbollah guerrillas holding two Israeli soldiers captive. All three of the airport's runways were rendered unusable in the air strikes and as a result the airport was closed, a senior Lebanese aviation official said. |
COMMENTS (6/13/06): I guess it is pretty apparent by now that a "crisis" does indeed exist in Israel, Gaza, and Lebanon. Gaza has been undergoing a slow-burning crisis for some time, as I said it would, but now the fire of military warfare has been ignited. Israel's two-front war with the Palestinians and Lebanon is now being called an "all-out war." With terrorism and civil war ongoing and escalating in Iraq, the re-emergence of the Taliban in Afghanistan and new heavy fighting there, and Iran, already under close watch by Israel and the US because of its nuclear weapons programme, now threatening war with the EU and the US for supporting Israel, the Middle East seems on the brink of the largest conflict in the history of the region in modern history. It would not be too much to believe that Israel may go after Syria next (or vice versa), and Prime Minister Olmert has warned Lebanon he is ready to "roll the calendar back 20 years": referring to the 1982 Israeli invasion.
Yet, this is only half of the "double crisis" which has been brewing since last autumn. Whilst at times the Balkans have threatened to explode, particularly in Serbia and Kosovo, somehow the region always manages to back away from the brink of war. For that reason I can only claim this projected event to be HALF FULFILLED as the worst crisis since 2002, possibly since 1973 or 1982, deepens each hour.
CRISIS IN HUNGARYHungary: Rioters attack TV station
BUDAPEST, Hungary (CNN) -- Protesters seized the headquarters of Hungary's state television network and set fires in and around the building early Tuesday after the country's prime minister admitted lying about the economy "throughout the past one and a half or two years." Smoke and tear gas wreathed the headquarters of state broadcaster MTV, where police clashed with demonstrators around midnight Monday. Officers turned water cannon on protesters, some of whom were trying to break into the building, and several officers were injured during the demonstrations, police spokesman Lajos Nenet told CNN. The turmoil exploded Sunday, when state radio aired an audiotape of Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsany telling members of his ruling Socialist Party that his government had lied about the state of the country's economy throughout its two years in office. "We lied throughout the past one and a half or two years," he said. "We lied in the morning, we lied in the evening and also at night." Protests began Monday night outside Hungary's parliament and moved to the television station by midnight. The demonstrations drew as many as 10,000 people, many of them from the country's conservative opposition, to the streets outside the broadcast center, Nenet said. The remarks came in a conversation taped during a party retreat in May. President Laszlo Solyom said the prime minister's admission has caused a "moral crisis" in Hungary, but Gyurcsany -- who has led the the NATO and EU member state since 2004 -- has vowed to remain in office despite the protests. Gyurcsany's center-left coalition won a new mandate in April by a narrow margin, become the first Hungarian government re-elected since the Iron Curtain came down in 1989. Opponents had accused his government of manipulating economic data during the campaign. On the tape, he said the government had botched economic policy "not a little bit, but very much. None of the other European countries have done such stupid things that we did." Gyurcsany told interviewers he was referring to the actions of Hungary's political elite over several years, not just his government. Journalist Akos Erdelyi contributed to this report. Budapest Police Clash With Demonstrators -- Police in Budapest clash with bottle-hurling demonstrators demanding premier's resignationBUDAPEST, Hungary, Sep. 20, 2006
(AP) Mounted police charged bottle-hurling protesters outside Socialist party headquarters early Wednesday, another night of violence touched off by the prime minister's leaked admission that his government had repeatedly lied to the public about the economy. Up to 50 people were reported injured, including one policeman. The state MTI news agency said the officer was seriously hurt in the clashes, which, like on the previous day, involved splinter groups separate from a larger demonstration massing about 10,000 people. MTI said total police at the scene numbered around 1,000. It reported several police cars burning and said demonstrators were also were tearing chunks of plaster from nearby buildings to throw at police. The latest violence came just a day after hundreds of demonstrators stormed and vandalized part of the state television building, in clashes that left more than 100 people hurt. Wednesday's confrontation erupted after the demonstrators apparently threatened to move in on the party building and ignored police orders shouted through bullhorns to disperse. Police succeeded in scattering the protesters, then scuffled with small groups in side streets. Wailing sirens signaled the approach of police reinforcements, who then blocked access to the area to media. An ambulance crew was seen attending to an injured officer while other police hustled away individual demonstrators. The protesters then regrouped, blocking a main thoroughfare with garbage containers and park benches. A bus, its windshield broken, was caught in the swirling mass of police and protesters. As the confrontation neared its third hour, police split the demonstrators into three groups and deployed water cannons to push them into different directions in a new attempt to disperse them. MTI, quoting police, said about 50 people had been detained by the time the clashes ended in the early hours Wednesday. The confrontation demonstrated continued high potential for violence amid radical opponents of Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsany _ (Feh-RENZ DJUHR-chanj) _ whose taped comments set off the country's worst violence since its failed anti-Soviet revolution 50 years ago. The violent group had split away from the estimated 10,000 people gathered in Kossuth Square, the vast plaza abutting the neo-Gothic parliament building. Dozens in the square waved Hungarian flags, and some of the demonstrators set up small tents, signaling they intended to stay at least overnight. Some insisted they would remain until the resignation of Gyurcsany. "I hope we can accomplish our goal," said Tamas Szep, 48, a paint supplies wholesaler. "Not only the prime minister, but all of his sidekicks have to go."
A 22-year-old student who identified herself only as Mariann compared Gyurcsany to a child caught telling untruths and suggested the Socialist Party leader, who is friends with Russian President Vladimir Putin, be banished to Siberia. "My mother used to stand me in the corner for lying," she said. "Gyurcsany should stand in the corner of Siberia for lying to the whole country." Opposition leader Viktor Orban, whose center-right FIDESZ party lost in the elections, also demanded the prime minister's resignation, describing him as "a sick, lying dilettante." Gyurcsany _ whose taped comments admitting his government had "lied morning, evening and night" about the economy provoked the fury _ said he intended to weather the storm. "I'm staying and I'm doing my job. I'm extremely committed to fulfilling my program, fiscal adjustments and reforms," he told The Associated Press. "I know it's very difficult for the people, but it's the only direction for Hungary." Police were caught off guard the previous night by the fury of a few thousand people who broke away from the main demonstration and stormed the state TV building. Pushing past officers with protective helmets, clubs and shields, about 400 got inside, breaking glass and causing other damage. The violence shook a country that for much of its last two decades had been held up as a model of progress following the collapse of communism in eastern Europe. About 150 people were injured, including 102 police officers, one of whom suffered serious head injuries. Gyurcsany called it Hungary's "longest and darkest night" since the end of communist rule in 1989. As the crowd grew again on Kossuth Square, hundreds of police from around the country arrived to reinforce officers guarding government buildings in the downtown Pest area. Gyurcsany ordered police commanders to use all means to prevent violence while respecting the democratic right to freedom of expression ... Police fire on Hungary protestersPOSTED: 2141 GMT (0541 HKT), October 23, 2006 BUDAPEST, Hungary (Reuters) -- Hungarian police fired tear gas and rubber bullets at thousands of anti-government protesters on Monday, marring commemorations of the 50th anniversary of the country's 1956 uprising against Soviet rule. Police also used water cannon and some protesters lobbed stones and other missiles at them. The ambulance service said that 20-25 people had been injured, although no one was seriously hurt. One policeman was stabbed in the hand. As police pushed the crowd of mostly far-right protesters back towards a rally by the main right of center Fidesz opposition and further away from parliament, demonstrators seized a Soviet-era T-34 tank -- on show for the commemorations -- and drove it at police. "The whole crowd started cheering. The police started firing teargas, then the tank stopped," Reuters cameraman Fedja Grulovic said. Reuters reporters said police had fired hundreds of teargas rounds and used mounted police to clear protesters from the streets and that paving stones had been thrown at the lines of police in riot gear. There has been more than a month of demonstrations in the run-up to the anniversary following the admission by Socialist Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsany in a leaked speech that he lied about the economy to win national elections in April. Gyurcsany has defied calls for him to quit, and backed by his Socialists and the Free Democrat parliamentary allies won a vote of confidence to carry on with his tough economic policies. In parliament, the prime minister said Hungarians in 1956 had no choice but to rebel, and the country, which held its first free elections in 1990 and joined the European Union in 2004, was now a modern, democratic state. "Despite the often justified disappointment and discontent, the majority of Hungarians believe that parliamentary democracy is the most suited to express people's will and to create law and give a program to a free Hungary," he said. Even before Gyurcsany's speech was leaked on Sept. 17, many on the right questioned whether celebrations should be led by the Socialists, heirs of the communists whose rule was cemented for 33 more years after Soviet troops put down the uprising. Some 2,600 Hungarians died battling Soviet troops, more than 200 were executed for their role in the uprising and 200,000 fled the country. Politics in the country of 10 million people is a bitter factional battle and elections are decided by a few tens of thousands of votes.
Fidesz leader Viktor Orban urged protesters to refrain from violence but told the rally estimated by state news agency MTI at 100,000 people the nation was facing an "illegitimate" government and demanded a referendum on its economic reforms. When campaigning in the elections, Gyurcsany promised tax cuts, but reversed tack after he held on to power and imposed a series of tax rises and benefit cuts to rein in the budget deficit which will hit 10.1 percent of GDP this year. "The current confusion is because of one man, who has driven the country into a political and a moral crisis by misleading the people," Orban told the rally. CONTINUING VIOLENCE IN KOSOVOExplosion in Kosovo wounds four SerbsReuters Tuesday, September 19, 2006; 4:26 PM PRISTINA, Serbia (Reuters) - Four elderly Serbs were wounded in an explosion in the western Kosovo town of Klina on Tuesday evening, police said. A Serb official in the area told Reuters a bomb had been thrown through the window of the victims' apartment in the town center. Police spokeswoman Sabrije Kamberi said the four had been sent to hospital but their injuries were not life-threatening. Police said the victims were former refugees who had returned to Klina a year ago having fled Kosovo after the 1998-99 war. Legally part of Serbia, the mainly ethnic Albanian province has been run by the United Nations since 1999, when NATO bombs drove out Serb forces accused of ethnic cleansing in a two-year war with Albanian guerrillas. Negotiations are under way to decide the fate of the territory. Its 90-percent Albanian majority demands independence, but is under Western pressure to improve the rights and security of the 100,000 remaining Serbs. At least half the Serb population fled a wave of revenge attacks after the war, and those who stayed live mainly in isolated enclaves. U.N. officials say the rate of attacks against Serbs has fallen, but they fear fresh violence as a decision nears on Kosovo's "final status."Hizbollah guerrillas also attacked Israeli posts in the Israeli-occupied Shebaa Farms area to the east, the Lebanese security sources said. Bombings inflame tensions in Kosovo
By WILLIAM
J. KOLE GNJILANE, Serbia -- At a dusty market in the center of this eastern Kosovo town, Serbs and Albanians haggle good-naturedly over the prices of their onions and tomatoes. It's one of the few places in the province where people on both sides of the ethnic divide live together and get along - and that makes the yellow police tape and bomb crater a few blocks away seem even more ominous. As Kosovo enters the final phase of U.N.-brokered talks that many believe will give it independence from Serbia, recurrent explosions are rattling nerves and raising troubling questions about what lies in store for a region trying to put atrocities and animosities behind it. "I am afraid," said Aziz Kryeziu, a 46-year-old ethnic Albanian who lives in normally tranquil Gnjilane. "Afraid for all the innocent people who might get hurt." Over the past week, there have been four bombings, the worst of which wounded four Serbs in a western town. Authorities said they think some of the blasts may have been a settling of scores between rival politicians or mobsters. But parliament speaker Kole Berisha insists the violence is a deliberate attempt to destabilize Kosovo at a delicate stage in its drive for statehood. "The closer we come to a decision, the risks and threats are higher for sure," Prime Minister Agim Ceku conceded this week in an interview with The Associated Press. On Friday, chief U.N. envoy Martti Ahtisaari will brief the Security Council on the lack of progress in U.N.-brokered talks that began in February to determine the province's future status. U.N. officials say the talks have done all they can to ensure the beleaguered Serb minority will be protected and have a greater voice in an independent Kosovo. Sometime this autumn, Ahtisaari will give the council his idea of what a future Kosovo should look like, and a U.N. resolution paving the way for independence is expected by the end of the year ... Serb unease is evident even in Gnjilane, considered a model for the kind of peaceful, multiethnic republic Ceku hopes to govern. Jadranka, a Serb woman so fearful she refused to give her last name, said she pretends not to hear when Albanians occasionally taunt her with shouts of "Go to Serbia!" "It's a very scary situation for us," she said. "It's not a life when you're afraid to go out." This past weekend, Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica insisted Kosovo must remain a "historic and integral" part of Serbia, and ultranationlist firebrand Tomislav Nikolic urged the army to go on standby. A rare military parade drove home their point. "There's a sense of pressures building up behind the dam. A lot of violence could be unleashed once the status issue is resolved," Anderson said. "At best, we're going to have a very grumpy Serbia refusing to recognize Kosovo. To Serbs, the idea of Albanians running anything is absurd and grotesque." |
COMMENTS (9/22/06): Well, here it comes, and only a month after the Middle East crisis, an Israeli-Palestinian-Lebanese six-week war, ended (temporarily at least). I guess it is pretty apparent by now that a "crisis" is in progress in the Balkans in two places: Kosovo and Hungary. Some authorities consider Hungary to be a Balkan nation, others do not. It borders Serbia on the north in any case (northern Serbia, Vojvodina, has many ethnic Hungarians living there).
It is fascinating that 1956 has played out again with a double crisis just as I predicted, although a bit later (July-September 2006 rather than October/November 2005). Even Hungary is a part of the second crisis, just as it was in 1956.
The first half of the "double crisis" in the Middle East was fulfilled, making the entire "double prediction" 50% accurate as of August.
I would now say this second half of the "double crisis" is better than half fulfilled, with Hungary and Serbia both involved, although the weight is still on Hungary at this writing, making the entire prediction now somewhere around 80% accurate (that is if the crisis should suddenly end). Otherwise, it looks like the entire prediction is well on its way toward being 100% fulfilled.

Porn Actress Hangs Self in Apparent Suicide |
.
![]() |
DEATHLINE: Melba Bruce (d. 1977), Shauna Grant (d. March 1984), Nancee Kellee (d. November 1991), Wendy O. Williams (d. April 1998), Trinity Loren (d. October 1998)
NEW PREDICTION: 6/22/05 -- Yes, even the porn industry is influenced by historical repetition. This year a sensational suicide is indicated for a blonde porn actress in November/December 2005. The method of suicide is easily arrived at for several reasons:
1) Each seven years it appears that hanging alternates with a self-inflicted gunshot wound and drugs overdose. In 1977 Melba Bruce committed suicide, although the method was never reported (which is very often the case in hangings), in 1984 Shauna Grant shot herself in the head, in 1991 Nancee Kellee hanged herself, then in 1998 Wendy O. Williams shot herself in the head and Trinity Loren overdosed. Knowing what occurred in 1977 is critical since 1984 and 1998 are exact matches. If 1977 and 1991 are a match, then so likely will be 2005.
2) The method has already been strongly in evidence this year since February. Top South Korean actress Lee Eun-ju and popular jazz singer Pam Bricker both hanged themselves that month. There was also a spectacular mass sex suicide scare for Valentine's Day, and the highly-publicised hanging deaths of two women that coincided with the Valentine's Day suicide plot. Recently the Japanese charcoal group suicide phenomenon has included group hangings as well. In March, Crowded House drummer Paul Hester hanged himself, as did TV actress Ashina Kibibi. In May, both Japanese entertainer Ni Min-jan and Australian reality TV star, 17-year-old Carina Stephenson, were found hanging in woods. At this writing, Tamil actress Mayuri was discovered several days ago hanged from the ceiling fan in the bedroom of her house.
3)
The Nostradamus quatrain which is still believed applicable to a
famous blonde star like Madonna, Britney Spears, or Paris Hilton
until December 2005 (the 70th anniversary of the
suspicious suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning of actress Thelma
Todd), could just as easily fit a blonde porn star who
gets too cozy with the White House and is announcing she'll run
for lieutenant governor of California: namely Mary Carey (which
rhymes with Hari-kari, a form of Japanese suicide by
disembowelment).
This final idea may sound crazy or preposterous, but there is no way it could ever be allowed if a serious bid for office is intended by Mary Carey. There is also no way George W Bush can allow himself to be closely associated for too long by the media with a major female porn star or the pornography business without it further injuring his credibility.
Remember, this is also seven years after the sex scandal involving President Bill Clinton and White House intern Monica Lewinsky. 2005 is also a fatal Tecumseh year for the presidency and the 42nd anniversary of John F Kennedy's assassination. In 1998 it took the form of scandal and impeachment; this year, who knows, the same thing could happen, only worse. Kennedy himself was to be charged by Congress with an impeachable offense -- a year-long affair with a female East German spy -- the very day he was shot. For obvious reasons the matter was dropped and never surfaced until recently.
The headlines-grabbing
suicide of porn star Nancee Kellee happened fourteen (2 x 7)
years ago. She was born Kelly Van Dyke, the daughter of 'Coach'
star Jerry Van Dyke and niece of Dick Van Dyke. Her short and
tragic life ended on November 1, 1991
by self-inflicted asphyxiation by hanging at age 33. She had been
performing at a bachelor
party only a few hours earlier. Her body was found in the bedroom
of her suburban North Hollywood apartment by family friend Lisa
Loring. While Loring was at a drugstore getting Kellee's
prescription for tranquilizers filled, Nancee used a rope
plant-hanger and its hook to hang herself. No other details were reported, although photos
such as the one at left reveal scars on her neck, possibly
indicating past incidents of auto-erotic asphyxia by hanging.
Nancee Kellee's involvement in hardcore took place only a year before her suicide, starting with a spate of kinky bondage and fetish videos. She starred in two major porno films, The Coach's Daughter and Club Josephine.
Kellee was also the wife of Jack Nance, a close friend of director David Lynch, who starred in Eraserhead in 1977 and in the Twin Peaks series. Nance himself would die five years later in December 1996 one day after being beaten about the head and face by two young Hispanic men during a fight in a doughnut shop.
Who is in greatest danger? Aside from Mary Carey, there are far too many porn stars to even begin to name. But the "Lee" sound may be found in the name. Note already South Korean actress Lee Eun-Ju committed suicide by hanging, although she was not in pornography. Perhaps it was she who fulfilled the base 7 influence?
COMMENTS (8/25/06): OK, this is the real deal. Model Angela Devi, also listed as a porn star and whose photos appear in many porno sites, hanged herself on March 31, 2006. This happened in March 2006 ... three months after the December 2005 vector. The problem, apparently, is that initially many people thought the report of Devi's death on her website, void of details, was a hoax. It took until this month to finally confirm the event happened. Also, the lack of an obituary report made this hard to find. Actually, I just happened to bump into this information by accident.
This is quite definitely a PREDICTION FULFILLED.
NOTE: Controversy continues regarding whether there is any truth to reports of Angela Devi's suicide. As for the following resources used: Lukeisback is considered by some to be unreliable. The police reports, according to some, are hoaxes. Wikipedia says of their article "This may lack specific facts and thus be unverifiable." However, Internet Movie Database Inc. provides no disclaimer whatsoever and is often the resource webmasters who focus on obituaries and causes of death of celebrities have come to TRUST.
Until an official report everyone can agree is released, if one ever is, you must judge the evidence as it exists for yourself.

Death On April 1, 2006, rumors began circulating that AngelaDevi.com had displayed an announcement that Devi had died and that the site was no longer available to new members. Within 24 hours the announcement of her death had been removed, but the site remained unavailable to new members, ultimately closing on April 30, 2006. Few claim actually seeing the notice, but most fans did see a message stating that the site would not be accepting new members, and will be closing on April 30th, as it did. The domain's DNS records were removed shortly thereafter, but have since been restored and are redirecting to Foxes.com. On August 6, 2006 Lukeisback.com, a website specializing in the the gossip and the behind-the-scenes activities of the porn industry, posted copies of the police report, filed April 1, 2006, on Angela's death. Angela's body was found inside her residence in Scottsdale, Arizona at approximately 10:17 am on March 31, 2006. The official cause of death was suicide by asphyxiation. A garbage bag in the kitchen was found to contain "a glass with a straw and several empty Xanax packages. The empty packages previously contained 115 0.5 mg pills that were unaccounted for." IMDb

NEW PREDICTION: 11/27/02 -- The massive casualities could just as likely be the result of a nuclear attack, I suppose. The question is whether or not war between Pakistan and India or World War III will break out in 2004-2005 or much earlier. The destruction will likely be caused by Pakistan or China. There is only one base 7 vector for such an horrendous event that I am currently aware of: December 2005. This seems rather late, given current tensions in the world, but bears consideration should global war proceed at a slow pace or India and Pakistan somehow remain neutral until 2005. |
UPDATE (1/28/05): I have a strong a feeling that this catastrophe might be space-related or else will happen when there is trouble from space. Maybe an asteroid will strike India. Or maybe it will be a nuclear or chemical attack. Or perhaps it will even be a plague that kills 25 million people?? I just don't know. I had a dream about this, but the details were fuzzy. Here is what I said on the following Dream Window:
"... Then I saw something else that startled me. To the upper right of this whirling fireball, I could see a much smaller black object. It was not round, but oblong. It remained stationary even though the fireball was rapidly spinning. I figured the reason I could see it at all was because the light of the fireball was bright enough to make it show up as black against the background. For some reason I was made to know that we should fear not only the fireball, but the small black object near it as well. My impression was that this was an asteroid being pulled along with the spinning object.
Then I was in a large house that was not familiar to me. It seemed to be constructed entirely of marble. I was thinking about things that were happening elsewhere in the world. I was being shown "memories" of things that were happening elsewhere at the time this object comes near. I knew there was a great war underway, but only had a general sense of that, no specifics. The specific images were of victims of a terrible plague and famine thoughout the African continent and of a truly horrific catastrophe in Southern Asia. I could see nothing but dead bodies throughout what I thought was India, but I am not certain."
Could this have been the Asian Tsunami in late December 2004? Yet, I don't think so. The fireball (PX?) and the asteroid have yet to appear. The plague and famine in Darfur, Sudan is not the entire "African continent" either. Watch out for this God awful horrible thing -- be far away!
